Escort Felines eyes

What is the legal status of your agency in Switzerland ?

In Switzerland, escort agencies activities are legal so long as the escorts are not acting under duress and that they maintain their self-employed status. Our agency can therefore do no more than represent hostesses who appoint us as their agent; there is no question of us employing them. Furthermore, each of the 26 cantons is free to legislate or not regarding this activity. All cantons in the French-part either have already legislated in this sense, or will shortly do so.

The official position of the Swiss Confederation on the subject is set forth on the website of the Swiss Coordination Unit against the Trafficking of Persons and Smuggling of Migrants (KSMM), stipulating the main laws that are in force in this regard in Switzerland.

Geneva is the only canton to have included escort agencies in its new legislation, which came into force on 1 May 2010. The law and its application can be consulted on line in the RSG (Recueil Systématique Genevois, in French only) at LProst (Law, chapter V) et à RProst (Law application, chapter V). It should be noted that the law prohibits minors from exercising this activity ... so much the better!

Our agency and the escorts working in Geneva are properly declared to the Geneva police (Brigade des moeurs). This section bears the responsibility for ensuring that all escort agencies in the canton and their management meet the strict requirements as regards legality, worthiness and solvency. This system, currently unique in Switzerland, guarantees that our agency complies fully with the laws and practices in force in our country and canton.
